The police have released the latest crime figures for Honiton. 

There were 47 crimes reported in Honiton in February 2022.

There were eleven cases of anti-social behaviour and 10 cases of criminal damage and arson.

Honiton experienced 14 violent and sexual offences.

In addition, there were 4 public order offences, 2 vehicle crimes and 1 drug offence. 

One theft from the person was reported and three other thefts.

There was one offence of possession of a weapon.

The total number of crimes committed is down from a peak in May 2021, when 82 offences were recorded.

53 per cent of these crimes remain under active investigation.
