Honiton Job of the Week: Operations and Customer Services Manager at The Beehive

The Beehive is an award-winning arts venue in Honiton. They are recruiting a new Operations and Customer Services Manager.

The role

This position involves the operational management of the Beehive and being the 'front of house' representative.

Hours: 37 hours per week (days and times by arrangement, but there may be some evening and weekend work required)

Salary: NJC Scale 5/6 s.c.p. 12-22 (£22,571 - £27,514, pay award pending)

About you

The Beehive is seeking an enthusiastic and organised person to fill this varied and rewarding role. You will have experience in customer service and business, and preferably hospitality too.

You will also need to have good communication, business and ICT skills. A flexible approach and a positive attitude is essential. Full training will be provided.
