Honiton Hospital & Community League of Friends continue to work hard to support health and wellbeing for people of all ages in Honiton and the surrounding villages.

In recent months Trustees have agreed to release funds to purchase a Hover-jack inflatable lift to ease the backs of our community team, a doppler machine for the surgery and some lovely outside seating for our renal unit.

The League have also been fully supportive of helping Force and the RD&E to set up chemotherapy services at Honiton hospital through the purchasing of six specialist chemotherapy chairs, a specialist medication fridge and fans to keep those having treatment comfortably cool in the hot weather.

For more information or to enquire about getting involved with our rewarding work for the hospital contact our Chairman Heather Penwarden on [email protected]
