Honiton: Repair Café returns tomorrow

After a very successful first session last month, Honiton's new Repair Café will return this Saturday (16 July) for its second event.
The café will be open in the Community Use Building (CUB) from 9.30am – 12.30pm.
The Repair Café is part of a wider initiative, called the Community Action Group (CAG) which was started by Miriam Thomas. The group is for the benefit of Honiton and its surrounding villages. According to its website, its aim is to 'take action for nature.'
Miriam relies on a large group of helpers to help organise the Repair Café events as well as volunteer fixers on the day.
This month the CAG launched a new website, which you can view here.
Miriam Thomas is looking for volunteers to come along to the café – either those who are able to help repair items or anyone who would like to help out in other ways, such as making drinks or signing in customers.
