Honiton: Road closure information for Gate to Plate

The Gate to Plate festival is taking place later this month in Honiton and the High Street will be closed to allow it to take place. 

Dowell Street and New Street on will be closed to motorists on Saturday 19 August from 8am to 6pm.

The alternative route for drivers will be via Church Hill or Marlpits Lane. 

The popular food festival will showcase the best of local producers and will feature more than 60 stalls and shops. 

It is a free event where visitors can enjoy browsing and tasting locally made food. There will be hot food available as well as tempting items such as artisan cheese, unusual meats from butchers, chutneys, ciders and homewares.
