Next weekend will see the coronation of King Charles III and several special events are planned in Honiton to mark the occasion.

The King's Coronation Big Lunch will take place on Allhallows Playing Field on May 7 and on May 8 there will be a commemorative tree planting ceremony on the Millennium Green.

In addition, Members of the public were invited to organise street parties or communal lunches and now Devon County Council have released the locations of road closures which will enable street parties and celebration events to take place.
