Honiton Town Council is recruiting a Democratic Services Officer to support the Town Clerk and provide Councillors with an efficient and comprehensive support service to the Council and various committees.

[H2] Responsibilities [H2]

The role will support Councillors' decisions at Full council, its various Committees and Working Groups, including preparation and publication of Agendas, reports, attending meetings and recording and publishing Minutes.

Attention to detail and accuracy will be important, together with knowledge of meeting management.

Hours: 12 hours a week with flexible working, Monday – Friday. Some evening work will be required.

Salary: £28,672 - £32,234 (pro rata.)
