Changes to the workshops at Deer Park Farm and plans for a single storey extension are among the planning applications submitted to East Devon District Council for the Honiton area this week.

Every week dozens of planning applications are submitted to our local planning authority, and the coronavirus pandemic has not changed that.

While some council services have been suspended as a result of COVID-19, planning departments are still working as usual to validate and to decide upon applications.

Here is a list of applications that have been submitted and validated by East Devon District Council for the Honiton area in the last week.

-Construction of single storey rear extension – Windbury Cottage, Broadhembury, Honiton, EX14 3NQ – view the application here.

-Replacement of former showroom & workshop building with B1/B2/B8 units, extension and change of use to B1/B2/B8 of the existing stores building, addition of an entrance canopy and use of the yard for outside storage and parking – The Workshops, Deer Park Farm, Buckerell, Honiton EX14 3EP – view the application here.

If you strongly support or object to a particular planning application please feel free to contact Nub News via email: [email protected].
