Located safely: Police update on weekend search investigation

86-year-old Jean Fellas, who was reported missing from Talaton on Saturday (18 April), was located safely a short time later following a search investigation.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "She was taken to hospital as a precaution to be treated for the effects of exposure."

Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of 86-year-old Jean Fellas, who has been reported missing from Talaton, near Honiton.

In a statement, Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Jean was last seen at 7.30pm on Friday, 17 April at her home address in Talaton.

"She is possibly wearing a wearing a beige/camel mid length coat, a blue jumper and dark trousers, she may also be in possession of a dark coloured walking stick.

"Jean is a white female, about 5ft 4" with wavy white hair, she is quite mobile for her age."
