Police searching for suspect after spate of burglaries in East Devon town

Devon and Cornwall Police are investigating a spate of burglaries in Budleigh Salterton.

There were four reports of burglaries in the seaside town last week.

Entry into the homes had been forced and small items were taken, including bank cards and jewellery.

The police have good CCTC of the suspect, who is described as male and aged between 25 and 45 years, with a stocky build.

He was wearing a face covering and a beanie hat and was carrying a back pack.
