'Serious' crash involving motorcycle and tractor - A35 closed near Honiton

The A35 is closed in both directions this evening after a 'serious' incident involving a motorcycle and a tractor near Honiton.

Devon and Cornwall Police reported the incident, believed to have taken place on the A35 between Springfield Road and Northgate Lane, at around 6pm this evening.

Police have described the incident as a 'serious accident' and the road has (at the time of writing) now been closed in both directions for over two hours.

Investigation work is reported to be on-going. Motorists are advised to find an alternative route while police officers work at the scene.
