Nigel Wilman, of Honiton Physiotherapy, is offering a physical activity programme for seniors or people with other health conditions, who are having to self isolate.

Like many other businesses, Honiton Physiotherapy has had to temporarily close its clinic and stop face-to-face consultations, however this is one way of providing for clients.

Nigel Wilman said: "I have put together a physical activity programme for seniors and people with health conditions, who are having to self isolate.

"Gentle exercise is vital to staying healthy, both physically and mentally, especially when people are generally less active at home all day."
