Saturday 22 October: Honiton Carnival

Honiton Carnival returns to the High Street after a two-year break.

The procession starts at 7.30pm at the top of Ottery Moor Lane and will proceed up to Pottery Close.

Featuring the Devon Truck Show, Honiton Carnival Float and lots more!

Friday 21 October: 90s Dance Night

Friday 21 October at 7.30pm in Mackarness Hall, Honiton High Street.

Part of Honiton's Carnival week, why not come along for a great evening of music and dancing? There will be a bar and music with a 90s theme. Don't forget fancy dress!

Saturday 22 October: Creative Writing Workshop

Everyone is welcome at this Creative Writing Workshop – no experience is necessary.

Join writer and poet Louisa Adjoa Parker in a creative writing session based on the themes in Thelma Hulbert's current exhibitions. There will be a particular focus on people and places, histories, and our relationship to the natural world. Using texts and the exhibition as inspiration, the group will work its way through warm-up activities, culminating in a final piece of creative work.

10am - 3pm at Thelma Hulbert. Refreshments will be provided but please bring your lunch. Tickets are £10 and booking is essential.
