Things to do for the youth of Honiton

In terms of socialising, it is difficult to say that the youth of Honiton have many places to go.

A few years back, the town introduced a skate park, which was immediately filled with various sub-cultures, which to outsiders of said cultures means that we are, frankly, without a skate park.

Many of these outsiders spend their time in Wetherspoons, or maybe in Allhallows Playing Field, and in some cases the Beehive with the youth drama facilities.

So, while there are plenty of places for socialising, there is a distinct lack of places (such as hang-outs) where we don't get negatively stereotyped.

Teenagers that hang out in the aforementioned skate park are immediately associated with drugs even when they don't touch them.

Stereotypes follow teens everywhere and in my opinion it'd be nice to have more places in the town that were stereotype-free.
