In August last year we planted lots of purple crocus bulbs with the help of friends and Honiton Forward in the planters at the Dowell Street traffic lights.

In November we popped some dark blue/purple primroses in the planters to give them some colour.

Today in the sunshine the crocus bulbs are flowering and the primroses are looking good. The odd daffodil has made an appearance as well.

The Scout Group and Mark Tredwin are raising awareness of Polio so the theme was Purple4Polio.
