Welcome to this week's planning briefing from Honiton Nub News. Every week your Nub News team will put together a report on the planning applications, big and small, submitted to the area's planning authority, East Devon District Council, from the Honiton area.

The applications featured in this report have been verified by EDDC but decisions on the applications have not yet been made.

Here is the only planning application verified by EDDC since the week beginning Monday, December 30:

-Construction of single storey rear extension measuring 5m in depth, height to eaves of 2.7m and a total height of 2.9m. 25 Millhead Road, Honiton, EX14 1QY.

Ref. No: 20/0038/GPD. Validated: Thu 02 Jan 2020. Status: Awaiting decision.
