1st Honiton Scouts - Jose & Leonard Beavers at the Beehive Flower Garden

By Guest

The Leonard Beavers planted marigold seedlings which Wendy from the Beehive gave us to start growing, and Jose Beavers planted begonias into the beehive flower garden.

Each year we help to plant flowers into the Beehive garden and help to make it look nice and colourful.

We wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU to Combe Garden Centre for their help when we purchased new smaller gardening gloves and trowels for our young people.

All the Beavers thought the gloves were brilliant and fitted perfectly and they like the new trowels.

The Wall Scouts made cakes last week during their section meeting so we dropped over 2 tins full of cakes for the staff at Combe Garden Centre to have with their cuppa.

Marion could not resist and had eaten one before I had left the building!

The Beehive Flower garden is just one of the things that we do in the town for our Community.
