There are currently no trains running between Honiton and Exeter St. Davids.

A landslip has taken place in Honiton and all lines are blocked. All train services running through Honiton may be cancelled or delayed.

Trains will run between London Waterloo and Axminster only. It is likely that the disruption will last until the end of the day (Monday 21 November).

To minimise the disruption to passengers, tickets will be accepted, at no extra cost, on the following services:

  • GWR between London Paddington and Exeter St Davids
  • GWR between Reading and Basingstoke
  • GWR between Salisbury and Westbury.

The latest disruption to the line comes just days after South Western Railway announced that a previous landslip had been fixed, and train timetables would return to normal.
