About the role

Richard Foord's office is recruiting a Senior Caseworker.

The successful candidate will need to be organised, highly efficient with excellent communications skills.

In addition, you will enjoy working as part of a team, be competent in use of IT and adaptable to using new systems and have views which align with the values of the Liberal Democrats. A familiarity with the constituency of Tiverton and Honiton would be an advantage.

You will be managing 1-2 caseworkers.

Part of your role will involve liaising with relevant organisations to address constituents' concerns, and also providing support in dealing with a high volume of standard queries from constituents regarding national issues.

Responsibilities will include drafting casework responses and researching, dealing with members of the public and answering their queries, keeping accurate records and general office administration. 

Practicalities

Hours: Full-time 

Location: A hybrid remote/virtual working combination can be arranged.

Contract type: This is a fixed term contract of 12 months, with the opportunity for the role to become permanent and offering development opportunities.

Salary: £28,311 to £35,593pa
