Contract: Fixed term contract until June 2021
Hours: 30 hours, between 8:00 and 16:00 , 5 days per week (Monday – Saturday)
Hourly Rate: £8.13 age 17, £10.46 18+

About the role
From scorching summer days to the depths of winter, our postal workers play a vital role, delivering the mail. It's a physically demanding job – but it's one the nation relies on. Here, you will:
-Work part-time hours between the hours of 8:00 and 16:00
-Cover periods of leave for a fixed number of routes (so you'll need to be a bit flexible)-Sort the mail for your route
-Check your vehicle and join a colleague for your round-Spend between four and six hours delivering mail outdoors
About you
-Upbeat and self-motivated: You'll be happy working solo as well as part of a team.
-Love of the outdoors: From rural farms to city apartments, corner shops to business parks, whatever the weather (and, this being Britain, it can get quite extreme) we're there, six days a week. That means you'll need to be happy being out and about.-Good level of fitness: There's up to six hours per day of walking, so you should relish a role that keeps you fit.
-Excellent organisation: You will need to be able to plan your round and make sure you complete all your deliveries in good time.-Resilience: You will be able to work under pressure and with the public, acting as a friendly face that people know and trust.
-Flexibility: You will be working in different areas covering your colleagues' holidays, so you might need to adjust your working hours to match your round. Driving licence requirements A full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address), with no more than six penalty points is essential, but a clean licence is preferred. Click here to apply.Community Care Allocations Manager – Honiton My client is looking to secure a candidate who is looking to progress within the healthcare / domiciliary care environment, taking on the role as Care Manager / Rota Co-ordinator within their well-regarded organisation. You will be able to work in a pressured environment, working alongside a number of passionate and capable healthcare professionals to ensure a high level of care and service is supplied to a number of service users, in their own homes, to ensure their safety and comfort. Package: -£11ph initially

-Long term support to obtain qualifications ( Level 5 if you don't possess this already)-Pool cars available for work duties

You will be responsible for
-The co-ordination and delivery of the domiciliary care service by care managing a designated caseload including out of hours service
-Responsibility for the supervision of staff, both in the community and through regular meetings.-Initial assessments, risk assessments, reviews and record keeping
-Managing own caseload and offering support families, service users and staff-Re-allocation work if sickness / absences / new packages
-Delivering care when required-Covering on call services
-Supervsiing new employees and assisting with inductions-Being involved of the recruitment selection process
Essential Skills / abilities:
-Must have NVQ Level3 in Health and Social Care or higher, or equivalent
-Significant experience working with the community / elderly care though other groups and settings will be considered-Both hands on care experience and relevant office experience in care setting, for example previously worked on care plans, carried out supervisions or organised rotas
-Looking for long term role in care management-Ideally experience of domiciliary / community care within a supervisory / managerial capacity
-Driver, happy to work when the business dictates work out in the community-Able to work in a team environment but equally confident and capable working on own initiative
-Able to lead and motivate carers, an understanding for the role, its pressure's and how to ensure you are getting the best out of a team through mentoring and ongoing support , able to build trusting positive relationships with colleagues, management and service users as well as external healthcare professionals and bodies-Ability to prioritise own workload, confident working to deadlines, as well as having an adaptable and flexible approach to new working methods.
You will be working every other weekend, with a day off in the week. Otherwise Monday to Friday, some office hours but some evenings if required also.

Support Engineer – Honiton
Are you looking for a new opportunity to work as a 1st Line Support Engineer to be based in Honiton, East Devon?
Your role will be to provide first line helpdesk support to clients, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone and email.
Main Duties of the Role:
-To provide 1st line technical support; answering support queries via phone and email.
-To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.-To log all calls and time within the call logging system.
-Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems.-To escalate more complex calls to the relevant IT Support member.
-Carry out daily client systems checks, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager where necessary.-Update client configuration files and documentation.
-Prepare PCs and other hardware to be sent to clients. Your Skills and Experience: -Excellent telephone manner.-Good written and spoken English.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems-Good understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.
-'Hands-on' approach and willingness to learn.-Flexible, pro-active approach.
