Road blocked near Honiton due to fallen tree

Last night saw heavy rainfall and gale-force winds in the name of Storm Bella.

This has caused some disruption to travel this morning (Dec 27), with surface water and debris from trees.

Clapper Lane, just past Combe Woods on the way to Combe Raleigh, was reported blocked at around 10am this morning due to a fallen down tree.
