A shortage of medical aids that enable people to live independently at home has prompted Devon County Council and NHS to declare a month-long amnesty.
Anyone who's got equipment at home that's no longer needed can return it free of charge until the end of August.

The health watchdog says Devon Doctors' NHS 111 and out-of-hours GP services have made some improvements, after being placed in special measures at the end of last year.
An inspection in December by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)concluded that patients were at risk of not receiving effective care or treatment; read Honiton Nub News's report here.

The leader of Devon County Council has described social care as the 'albatross around the neck of local government' as he urged Westminster to announce long-awaited reforms.
Conservative John Hart also said successive governments, including the Tory-led Coalition and majority Conservatives since 2010, had kicked the issue 'as hard as it possibly can' down the road.

People with sight or mobility problems can now get help boarding trains at Honiton station and others on the South Western Railway network.
A system's been introduced enabling them to contact a customer service team who will alert the guard on the train they're catching.
