Honiton cafes and restaurants with a 5 for Food Hygiene
After the Honiton Wine Bar was awarded a 5 for food hygiene for the first time, Honiton Nub News brings you a selection of other local restaurants and cafes that have also been awarded the highest marks for food hygiene.
The Food Standards agency conducts random inspections on cafes, pubs and restaurants to ensure they meet safety standards.

Yellow Deli
The Yellow Deli serves an unusual but utterly brilliant array of food and drinks, including delicious 'American diner' style sandwiches. When Nub News visited, the team were exceptionally friendly and they went out of their way to help. It is worth a visit just to see the unusual wooden design, with a sweeping staircase up to a mezzanine level. Their sandwiches and caffeine-free hot drinks are excellent. Sometimes the cafe hosts live music events.
